I cannot install the purchased template Ideal-Location 2019.
The installation begins, but at the end Website X5 crashes.

Is WebSite X5 really crashing, or is the download just not completing?
If the download stops prematurely, try downloading again several times; the download should eventually work.
Sometimes the Incomedia server interrupts the download; this happens from time to time.

It crashes at 97% after displaying "Creating project file."
Have you tried multiple times?
Can the free templates load without issues?
If the free templates also cause problems, you may need to reinstall the program.
You can find the WebSite X5 program by clicking on your username in the top right corner and selecting "My Profile". There, you'll find the program under "Download", and the license key for the reinstallation under "License Key".
If all else fails, then the Incomedia employees, who are online during office hours in Italy, would have to take care of it.
However, I don't know if the Incomedia employees are also online on Saturdays; otherwise, they'll be online starting Monday.
