Probleme mit Nachrichtübermittlung - Dringend!

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein Problem, mit dem ich nicht mehr weiter komme. Der Kunde nutzt PHP 8.4 und ist bei Ionos. Ich versuche Nachrichten zu übermitteln, jedoch wird keine Nachricht generiert. Nach Ausfüllen des Online Formulars und nach Aktivierung des Senden Buttons wird angezeigt, dass die Nachricht erfolgreich übermittelt wurde. Weder im Spam ordner noch irgendwo anders kommt diese dann an. Wo ist der Fehler?

Was ich so sehe ist es vielleicht die gmx Adresse! Für Emailversand im Kontaktformular sollte eher eine Domain Email Adresse verwendet werden. Genauso die gleiche unter "Export ins Internet" bei den Parametern Reiter "Email". Dort kann man auch sichere Versandskripte auswählen wenn man die Daten hat. Ebenso das Häkchen setzen oder rausgeben bei "alternative...."
Wenn man es unbedingt auf die gmx Adresse haben will, kann man in der Email Verwaltung der Domain Email eine WEiterleitung einrichten.

Hallo Andreas, ich habe jetzt auf die domain Mail umgestellt, da ich jetzt zugriff darauf habe. Selbes Ergebnis. Funktioniert nicht
Bei WebSite X5 können bei PHP 8.4 Fehler auftreten, deshalb auf PHP 8.2 umstellen.

Erst kamen Fehlermeldungen, die Nachrichten wurden erst gar nicht übermittelt. Nun passiert nichts mehr.

... gemacht? - evtl. den falschen Scripttyp eingestellt, keine Domain-E-Mailadresse verwendet oder das Häkchen gesetzt, das bei manchen Webhostern entfernt werden muss.
Testmöglichkeit:
Bei Bedarf kann das Kontaktformular auf meinem Demo Shop getestet werden, siehe

Selber kann damit getestet werden, ob der Nutzer des Kontaktformulars eine Mail erhält und ich kann dann schreiben, ob ich als Seitenbetreiber auch eine Mail bekommen habe.
Somit könnte ein Fehler in der Mailfunktion von WebSite X5 weitgehend ausgeschlossen werden und die Ursache wären falsche E-Mail-Parameter oder ein Problem (Umstellung) beim Webhoster.
ES ist zwar ein Domain Zertifikat aktiviert, aber keine automatische Weiterleitung! Das heisst du mit mit http (unsicher) und https erreichbar. Das kann man entweder beim PRovider erzwingen oder per .htaccess Datei!
Ausserdem sieht dein Quellcode deiner Seite verherend aus. Soviel unnützes Zeug was du eingebunden hast, bzw. falsch eingebunden hast. Das stört sicherlich die Versandskripte für das Versenden der Email.

Additionally, if you login to https://humpen-breisach.de/admin (you can use the credentials of any user set as administrator in Step 1 - Settings ---> Access Management in your project), you will find a section called Website Test.
Here, at the bottom, you can find an e-mail log, do you see any errors displayed here?
