I have started a Google AD campaign and in order to be efficient Google strongly suggest to have URL parameters incorporated.
I tried to add this after the HTML adress
https://xxxxx.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=ApartmentSale_Bellinzona
But the system do not accepts several characters.
How can this be solved?

I have no experience with Google Ads, but as far as I know these addresses are used in the ads and are not included as page addresses in WebSite X5 under "3 Sitemap".
Maybe Google Ads users who work with WebSite X5 will get in touch and can give tips.

No comments from the Website X5 team?
Maybe describe in more detail what should be done and where this extended URL should be inserted.
The Incomedia employees may not have understood what is intended.
Not sure what you mean, but a conversion tracker can be placed behind 1) > stats & code > code and befor closing tag </head>. But reason to reach out is to say I would not focus on advices from Google....
I just googled the key words of your campaign. There is a lot of competition. I would consider using a platform and pay a fixed fee. And when that does not work for you, set up your campaign for a target group, and have a tool that tracks IP adresses. Can be an online chat that tracks visitors IP even when the chat remains unused, but I assume the clicks are very costly, and you want to avoid the situation that competition depletes your budget. You can block Ip in the ads account.
Have been a big Google Ads spender in the past, but focus on organic only since 5 years and have no regrets doing so.
and to be clear, when you need to track a certain action as convertion, you need to place tag on a page, link, etc
