When I copy a row on a page the text next or above my image is of the copied row. While I change the title of new row. Or where do I edit the text for the tag next to or above the image

I don't know if I understood the post correctly.
If an image object with content was copied and pasted elsewhere. And then the image of the copied image object is changed, the
symbol must also be clicked to change the information for the title and alternative text.
