Hi. I have been using WebsiteX5 for many trouble free years, uploading to a hosting company in the UK called 123-REG. Two weeks ago I revamped the whole site, changing the colours, images and fonts. When I went to upload it prompted me ""The selected server or destination folder does not match the website URL. Do you want to set it now?" If I click YES it waits about 3-4 seconds then the prompt reappears. If I click NO it uploads all the files. I can see them all uploading but then my website does not update. Despita several long telephone calls with 123-REG, they say it's not thier fault and it must be something to do with the software I am using. Any help or comment with would be very much apprteciated. Thank you.

Hello Andrew,
could you provide an image of how the website should look like now, if you check the preview?
Is the situation the same if you use https rather than http in the URL?
Thank you.

The screenshot below shows the comparison of the online website and the attached image.

I don't see any difference or is the problem somewhere else?

Hello,
as Daniel mentioned, I also do not see a difference in the page, perhaps you are still seeing an older version cached in the browser.
Please refresh the browser with CTRL + F5.
As a side note, I would recommend asking your hosting provider to activate the SSL certificate, so that the website can be reached as the secure https version.

I remain available.

Thank you Eric. It's all good now. I will sort out the SSL certificate in the very near future smile
