New PC lost all data. Web site is hosted by Incomedia. How do I download the site . It appears I can only upload ?? website x5 pro

Hello. If you don't have a backup copy of your website project, you'll have to recreate the site to be able to edit it and re-export it to your hosting.
The site you see on your hosting can't be imported into an editing program.
It's so important to back up your website files regularly. I use a NAS unit to do this. Was your new PC completely wiped out with no files of any sort left? Can you still get into Windows? If you can, quite possibly there are website files somewhere on the new PC. You have to search by file type.
If there is nothing, you can copy and paste from your online website to make it easier to recreate it.

Unfortunately, we don't have access to your project, and it is not possible to recover the files on the server to recreate it. To be able to recover the project, you need either the backup iwzip file (the one that can be generated in Step 5 with the "Export the project" option) or the entire project folder that is generated locally when creating and saving the project while working with the program.

if you have no access to iwzip or project folder, the only option would be to recreate the project from scratch. In this case, you can copy/paste texts to save a little time.
