2026.1.1 not installing

The update to 2026.1.1 is not installing. It complains that some programs are open. I restarting my computer, made sure nothing was opened, agreed to the update after starting X5, the program quits, the installation starts, then stops with the enclosed error message, as per screenshot.

Just try again at a later date and it usually works.
