Hi, I bought a Template some years ago and I want to download it once again because I want to start a new project. How can I download the Template once again (it's labelled as ""bought")

I haven't bought any paid templates myself yet.

So I don't know if it works like in the instructions.

If it doesn't work, wait for the Incomedia employees.

How to import a Template from the Marketplace

2. Use the Template in WebSite X5

After buying the Template from the Marketplace, you will get an order confirmation e-mail reporting how you need to proceed:

  • Start WebSite X5 and open a new project.
  • In thee Create a new Project window, open the Licensed section: here you will find the purchased template.
  • Select the Tempate you got from the Marketplace and click on Next.
