hi , i want to desing multi language website in English and Farsi followed you instruction that you siad , i make first website peroject with welcome page and add to the languages if i wish and then export it , but when i start second project i cant see Farsi language in the language combo box at the general information thanks for your time

Do you mean that you can not find the language in the ''Content Language'' option - Step 1 - general Settings? Is this where you are searching for it?
If you can not find it there, you can create it yourself: simply open the language you prefer and modify it according to your needs. If this isn't what you are trying to do, please attach a screenshot and show me exactly what you are searching for.
