This is not the problem. Flash plugin is already installed. Crhome, Firefox and Safari on none of them worked.

Why are your pages PHP?

Your videos need optimizing... The first AVI is 20mb the second is 74mb and the mp4 is 25mb which I optimized and got it to 16mb! The progessive download from your server is far too slow...

I suggest putting these on a streaming server such as YouTube or Vimeo!

the problem seems related with codecs and how the video has been created, I don't think this problem is related with WebsiteX5, sorry but I cannot help very much.
