Hi !! I'm tying to install a brand new WS X5 V9 on a PC (win7). I have a slight problem: Firevall and AVirus deasable. Intered te key code and email address, No way I can get connected to WSite X5 registration page, 404 error: impossible to be connected to INCOMEDIA Website. Is there anyone to be so kind to help me unrgently to solve the problem? I'd be gratefull. (I' French, but I can read English) Many thanks, Jacques

I have to add to my pevious post, that I tried to install that last V. and register the licence key on a win XP pro PC
It worked nicely. So I think there is a problem with the latest version of WSX5 and win 7.
The problem is that my client is runnin win 7 family.
When I have the previous version of WSX5 installed and registered on my portable PC, the upgrade link does not work! So this would confirm that the last V. is not compatible with win 7.
So thanks again to check what could be done?
Install a previous V. instead of the latest one?
Help really needed.

First of all, please download the latest version of the program from the ''download'' section in the top right corner of this page so that you have the latest version immediately.
Then launch the program on the Windows 7 computer. If you still receive the same error message, please proceed with the manual activation: http://answers.websitex5.com/post/25633
I have just bought the program in a shop today.
I got the CD and inside the case I have a Product Code.
But I can´t (throught my mail)get any kind of registration - and the program isn´t running
What do I do?

Please open a new private post where you can add your product code/licence key. What version are you trying to install? Do you receive an error message?
