Contents in Chinese Characters Can't Be Saved.

I am using Website X5 Evolution, typed in Chinese characters, found the problem, i.e., I can't save the page. How do I resolve this problem? Do you have any updates or patches to amend this problem? Thank you! Andrew Lu

This is a strange issue for v9. We developed WSX5 in order to support chinese characters.
Do you find this problem using a particular object such the text-object or is it a problem spreading in the whole software?
If you're using V8, this is kind of normal because it doens't support double bytes characters like Chinese, Japanese or Korean.

My sites are also in Chinese. I can save the sites, however, I can't transfer the sites from my Laptop to my PC. Tech support helped me solved the problem once, but the same problem appears again. Please help.

What kind of problem (or error message) do you find when you try to transfer your site? Don't you see the text in the text object?
Does this problem happen only in the text object or it spreads all across the site in header/footer/menu too?
