Horizontal Menu Alignment

I have tried resizing the buttons & spacing in the horizontal menu, but no matter how I try there is an annoying slightly larger gap on the right of the menu bar.
Is there a way of Centre Aligning the buttons on the bar?

change the left margin
. . . just on try - if it will not fit exactly just try to set the left menu-margin more to the right until it fits . . .

Thanks guys, I should have realised those controls were there,
FYI the alignment doesn't seem to work but the Inner Margins do.
so the pic i showed you of "Inner Margins" were right then ?
I have the same problem but cant see the margin layout? I cant see all of the answers on this page - can you help me align my tabs to centre them and stretch them so that the text is all in one line?
