I bought a copy of Website X5 a couple of years ago - I downloaded the software and used it successfully. I also bought a CD version (as a backup). Now a couple of years on, I don't have access to the same email address as I registered the downloaded copy with. I have registered with a new email address, and tried to install the software from the CD. It says 'Code already used'. I am happy for the previous downloaed version to be disabled - I just want to use what I have purchased on my current PC with my new valid email address. Help please

Hello, you should use the same email you used when you register the software. If you changed that email, just let me have the new one and the Product Code of the version 8 you bought so I can change it.

Hello, I recently took over my fire departments webmaster duties, and have tried downloading the full version. I too get a code already used. I was able to use the trial version, but it will not allow me to edit and preivous project. How do i go about fixing my software, so that the product code will be accepted, and I can use the full version?
Hello D. Port, I see your license is correctly registered. All you have to do is download the full version from the Download area here (top-right box) and install it, requesting a new Unlock Code always using your registered email. The email to use is the same you used to log in here.
