what is ftp address and username and password. someone said ftp address is my ip address and username and password is my sever page log in password is it true . please help me out

The ftp adress is the adress to connect to your server space and upload/download files.
In the settings of your webhost you will find the correct ftp adress of your server and the login informations like username and password to use.

Set in Export the folder to: /recommended and then load in this.
This folder must exist at server.
When you want open the page in this folder with www.myname.com, you must set this folder at your hosting provider as start up.
