Copy From Excel Or Word To X5

I want to copy an Excel or Word Table and paste it in the table object or text object in X5? However, I am not able to do that.
Is it possible? Is there a workaround, as converting a large excel document to a X5 is quite a difficult task.

The OLE object has been removed from this new version, it's technology is very old.
What you can do now if you do not wish to add all the details manually (copy from the excel/word file into the teble object), is give the opportunity to your users to download your file. Simply write something or do an image of the Excel/word table (.jpg) and add a link to it.
