X5 evu upgrade error on project

X5 evolution 9, just upgraded this from x5 9 and put onto my new laptop, but when importing my website it comes up with the error An error occured while loading the Project. (There is an error in XML document (5323, 35).)

Try to open the Folder containing your project in Documents/Incomedia/Website x5 v9 - evolution/. Inside the folder you will find two iwprj files. Delete the project.iwprj file and rename the backup.iwprj to project.iwprj and then try to open the project again in WebSite X5.

Hi.. I had to upgrade my computer and wanted to transfer a backup of my project to my new computer but get the same error... its saying (10983, 35) I tried to delete the project and renname backup but it didnt help.. Please help...
Problem solved... Had to update the program
