Multiple cells using one background image?

Hi there, is it possible to have one png 'fit to cell' background image over multiple cells? If it is, how would I do this? I know how to make a png background - just not how to have x5 evo 9 have more than one cell for just one background image. For example, I have created a frame but I want this to go around a (text filled) cell on the left and a (video link) cell on the right.
Is this only possible by making a complete page background template?

Hello,
Unfortunately it's not possible to extend the background from one object to another one but you can choose a different content background for every page in Menu 2 - Sitemap - when you open the properties of the page in the Graphics Tab.
