Wrong template is shown 
Autor: R H.DearX5, On October 12 I bought the website maker X5 Evolution 9. So far a very good tool to quickly create a website. Just today it went wrong. After I had made a website, i have saved all. Then I upload it to my server. So far so good. I closed the program. I started it again. and open a new project. Then I made a new site, and saved him again. Now I have 2 projects. At the last site went wrong! He wants the default template what I had chosen standard or background not uploading. He shows nothing more. I see no standard templates appear. Is gone! totaly gone. i have refresed, i delete it from my HD and nothing works!!! HELLLP Maybe someone can help me, i have tryed to re-install also again. but no result! Who can help me?! and where i can find a real help desk instead a forum?? I have buy this program not for nothing. I wanted to make websites, Anyway Thank you very much! Can you please help me, with the issue above, and the second problem is, when i want to see my website with internet explorer, than is everything ok, but when i want to see the same website with firefox, he does`nt show the gallery and other pages??? can you help me with that also? thank you thank you very much!!

in order to better analyse this problem please provide us the project file.
In order to do that please use step 5 "Export" -> "Export the project" and then attach the .iwzip .

Iam still frozen in the programm, i wait now longer than two weeks??
Do you know what the problem is, i have buy this programm, to make websites and not to wait and frozen in the programm, iam a liitlebit disapointed, i hope that you can fix very soon the bugs, and problems! maybe you can chat with me or something else, or help me one to one with e-mail. Wrong picture after upload! On the front page of my website I placed 3 new pictures. In the test mode the look perfect. But after upload to the web one picture is replaced by an old one which was on the former front page. This effect happens even when I remove the folder with the old picture from my pc and when I delete all my old files on the web server! What can I do??
