How to put text on a picture?

there is one great template, called online store. I checked the pages to see how pages are layout. when I preview the template it shows green slab on which text is written. When I went back to check the layout there is only text option there. I don't know how that green colour picture or slab came there. It look very beautiful. Can anyone please help me with this?

Like the text color, so you can also change the background color of the text. There look.

Thank you very much for this, I try this, this is only changing the background of either how page or just the text which I highlight, I need to know how to make that picture looking background. I will appreciate if you can please help
Hello Asjad, you have to use a PNG picture with transparency as background of the text cell, and adjust it to the cell. See example in my screenshots. Sorry but I've only the french version of WX5-v9.
You can make this sort of picture with a photo software.
