Hey!
I bought a version of websiteX5 in April this year and I have never been able to use it.
Every time I try to install it, I get stuck at the section were you have to get the unlock code. I press the button to retrieve the unlock code and get asked for a product code, but no matter what I do, it will not accept it. First my email was wrong (which it wasn't) and now it's not working.
What do I do?

I didn't get an unlock key with V9 that I purchased online last week ,and it's not in boxed set that arrived to, nore on DVD. The V8 licences that I have, and can access for My Licences don't work to activate V9
Any clues?

In v8 you have to install as *full version* and attach the registering-code which you will receive by mail from Inco (check Spam) before going ahead . . .
If it does not work:
-> make a new post and set to *private* so that only Inco can read
-> attach your purchase info and mail used for registering (+ new mail if changed meanwhile)
-> attach your computer-code from registration
Inco will answer within 24/48 hours (except weekends or holidays)
In v9 you will see your code in the *answers-profile* at My Licence if you used the same registering mail as for v8 (when first registered) . . .
