How can I translate or change the for attachment file [Choose File] button and [no files choosen] message in email form

Die Sprache im Feld Anhang wird vom Betriebssystem zusammen mit dem verwendeten Browser eingestellt. Darum kann dieser nicht mit WX5 eingestellt werden. Wen ich von Windows Deutsch auf English umstelle, wird die Sprache dieses Feldes im InternetExporer automatisch angepasst
