I need to reinstall Website X5 Evolution 9 and Template pack 903 onto another computer as my old one crashe.But, after downloading, I am unable to activate as it will not accept my product keys as they are now not valid. Can you issue me with new ones please so I can complete the activation and continue to edit my projects etc.

You can find your product key on your profile on answers.websitex5.com in "My Licences". Use the same email you used for the first registration to unlock the program.
