При последнем обновлении программы до 10.0.5.29 пользовательский шаблон, созданный мной, был удален.
Где хранятся файлы-шаблоны созданные пользователями?
Я хочу знать, что бы сохранять файл перед обновлением, а потом восстанавливать его обратно.
Шаблон при обновлении программы удаляется уже второй раз.

Да, на шаге 1 есть опция "Пользовательские", но там только один, пустой шаблон, который программа дает по умолчанию.
Да, я обновил программу и не нашел свои шаблоны. Там их больше нет.
Укажите, пожалуста, путь до папки пользовательских шаблонов. В папке "\Templates\_Custom" я не нашел своих шаблонов, которые уже создал сначала.
Зачем вы испортили названия папок с названиями шаблонов? Раньше было все понятно и можно было создать из нескольких шаблонов свой пользовательский.
Сейчас найти картинку от шаблона, часть которого понравилась при просмотре в программе, стало очень сложно. :(

The custom templates are stored in following folder:
C:\Users\your windows Username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v10 - Evolution\Templates\
To name templates, it has been used random characters, to avoid that a duplicated name could not make it load correctly.
Now we introduced the possibility to edit the preset templates, directly in the program by choosing to duplicate it so you will continue to have the original template, in case of need.
