Ciao, Claudio.
Yes, I need further information...
I would like to upgrade from v9 to v10.
Where is that Offers page?
Another point is that while WebSiteX5 can create multilingual sites, yours doesn't offer a language choice. As soon as it sniffs my IP in Brazil, I get your site in Portuguese and amounts in BRL. I haven't found a way out of it.
I would like to buy the upgrade paying in USD from PayPal. Can it be done? Grazie tanto.

Hello Jose,
You can find the offer from your answers.websitex5.com profile in the "offers for you" page.
When you choose to buy the program, you are automatically redirected to the partner available in your country. Most probably the brazilian reseller accepts also payments with paypal.
Please feel free to write back if you need more information.

Claudio, it doesn't work.
I assume that your company is not established in Brazil, and it is none of my business if you have a deal with someone here.
I have funds in USD in a PayPal account to buy the upgrade, however the moment I try to use them, your system sniffs my IP in Brazil, and won't accept them, they want BRL (Brazilian reais). It forces me to use a Brazilian credit card, so world-class-greedy PayPal can make a buck on you.
Any viable bypass?
Hello Jose,
The order has to be made with our reseller in your country. You need to check with the reseller if they can accept also paypal as payment form with USD dollars.
Many thanks!

I´ve written them, let's hope they bother to reply. As I originally bought WSx5 via PayPal in USD, it should be fair to be able to upgrade it likewise. Considering the hefty fees PayPal charges in Brazil (10%), if it doesn't work, I might buy v10 as a new user.
I've had bad experiences with these international sales processes. AVG routed my license renewal to a reseller in Cyprus. When I needed, they wouldn't give me support from Cyprus, because I am in Brazil. Then, their Brazilian reseller - in spite of their extreme goodwill - was prevented from providing me support, as I had renewed my license in Cyprus. Bottom line, their mutually-poaching cut-throat resellers network lost a client. I hope Incomedia doesn't follow that path.
Hello Jose,
The support is always provided by Incomedia and we assist every customer but for the payments we cannot provide you a different payment system since these are organised by different reseller and partners and we have no influence on this.
For the support you can write here anytime and we will try to help you as best as possible.
Many thanks!
