To be sure that ther files will be donwloaded the best option is to zip the files since it depends on the server settings and also on the browser settings of the visitor.

You can zip every type of file and add it in the program with the link function by choosing in the Link windows "File or URL" and then you choose local file, where you can select the zipped file to attach to the link.

Hello i know 2 ways to do that. The simplest way is to attach directly the downloadable file with the website app and then upload. when you hit the link the download sould start automatically (if there is no app that run the file directly .. eg pdf). Another way is to upload the file with a ftp client and give the lik to the file. If you have questions please contact me. Best regards
