Problem with running Evolution 10

After first installation on my PC (Win 7, 64bit) program stopped working everytime when starting new project and choosing template. No crush, just kept on going but no answer. After reinstall (uninstall and install again) it crashes at the same spot but now it shows the fault message shortly and then progam closes. Fault message contains following text (in Slovak - Error occured, Application will be closed and project files will be stored in temporary folder...) Can you help me with this? I have bought the program last week.

Please try to uninstall the program completely by removing also the installation folder of WebSite X5 in program files. Once done uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 and then use this cleanup tool:

Once the tool has finished, reinstall the .NET Framework 4.0 from following link:

Whwn the Framework is installed proceed to reinstall WebSite X5 and then try to see if the same issue happens again.

After uninstall of .NET Framework 4.0 I tried to install it but installation finishes with the message "program not installed". Tried that several times, tried to install Website X5 anyway but it stops at certain point showing InstallAssembly - error code 0x8013101B. No idea how to proceed.

Please try to start the .NET Installer as Administrator with the rightclick option to see if then it can be installed.
Version 10 needs .NET 4 otherwise the program wont install and work.
Please let me know if this works.

Please try to follow the procedure described on following site to reinstall .NET 4 on your computer:

Once the Framework .NET 4 has been installed, then you can reinstall WebSite X5.

Went through the procedure but .NET 4 installation still returns the same error. No idea what to try.

Please try follow this procedure to repair .NET 3.5.1:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1. Say OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
Once done try to reinstall .NET 4 and check if it works. If this should also not help try to see if you can use the windows restore point to go back to a date where it was working and then try to reinstall it again.

Same result. Problem with recovery is version 10 never worked, it crashed from very beginning, I never got pass the screen with choosing the template so I have no spot to restore.
I suppose I have to find the way to install .NET Framework somehow. Something must be blocking the install I just need to find out what it is.

Yes it seems that something is blocking the install and I tried the most used solutions to reinstall the .NET Framework 4 but it seems that what is blocking it continues to not allow it.
An alternative would be the Windows Recovery only of the system part and then see if this will allow the installer to work.
