also, the graphics on the templates do not appear, have installed flash 10 but still no joy
Hello Jay,
Have you installed Flash directly in the WebSite X5 preview browser, as opposed to your main browser?
Website X5 uses the Chromium browser to render the preview, and this operates as a fully standalone browser when compared with your main browser (i.e. Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Installing Adobe Flash in your main browser alone will have no effect on the Chromium preview browser.
If you haven't already done so, try to install Flash in Chromium by visiting the following link in the preview browser:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome
