Website Captcha Anti spam filter problem

Hi, was wondering if you could help me. I have created a Booking Info and Client Feedback section on my website www.yourdiscopartynight.co.uk
The problem is when you go onto the website and fill out the required fields in the booking info and client feedback sections, at the Check Word section it is saying "server"!
I have tried filling out the sections a few times but due to the check word saying "server" my clients are unable to send anything .
Can you let me know what is causing the problem?

Another problemcould be ablockageof the directory/mailon the server, askyourhoster/ providertoenable forsending emailfrom theWebsite with php.

aufrufen (Passwort und Username finden Sie in Ihrem Projekt unter "4 erweiterte Einstellungen" - Zugangsverwaltung).
Ein weiteres Problem könnte eine Sperrung des Verzeichnisses /mail auf dem Server sein, dann fragen Sie ihren Hoster / Provider um Freischaltung für den Email-Versand aus der Webseite mit php.
