You need to upload the file 'googlee916d107d3cb41be.html' to the same directory/folder on your webserver that your site 'stuck-construction.dk' is in.

This is best done using a third-party FTP program like FileZilla.

Once you have done that the file 'googlee916d107d3cb41be.html' should be on the same level as 'index.html' on your server.

You will then find that you can access the file if you type your link http://www.stuck-construction.dk/googlee916d107d3cb41be.html in a browser.

After that Google will be able to verify your site.
