It works OK for me in both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. Have you tried refreshing/clearing your browser cache? It sounds very much like a cache issue.
Hold down the 'CTRL' key whilst reloading the page, or clear your browser cache from the Tools menu of your browser.

No cache problem, ie and chrome clean caches, and website explorer makes same problem too.
