Advertisement does not show on all pages

The "advertisement" (made with the special settings menu) only shows on the homepage. (of course, the box "display on homepage only" has been tagged). If I tag the box "display on all pages" it does not show at all, even not on the homepage. Otto Pietersen

Is the website online with the setting to show the advertising message on all pages?
If yes please write me the link so I can check whast is happening and why it is not visible.
