Please download the attachment to this comment and then unzip it. Once done move the x5engine.deferrable.js file in the /RES/ folder in the installation folder of WebSite X5 Evolution 10 in Program files and then open the program and load the project. Once loaded click on CTRL while you click on preview and then export the project again.
Please keep me updated.

Thanks for your help, I deleted the old file and placed the one you gave me instead of it and opened the program again. I hope I did what you told me right. any way It worked. the picture can display well thank you
