Activation fails  en

Activating evolution license fails. After purchasing my new version of evolution 10 the programs was installed key was entered and everything seem ok. But at the time of activation the process continues to fail and request me to proceed with offline manual activation. The issue here I only have the key I was profited when purchase, I do not have an unlock code to do so. How can I resolve this issue ? Thank you JACINTO

I need your urgent assistance correcting this issue because my old verssion of evolution 9 does not want to open now. 

Can we trouble shot this issue ASP?

Hello Jacinto!
What version of the program are you trying to install? Il you are trying to install your Evolution 9, you are not entitled to because you have purchased an upgrade therefore you can not install on your own. If you need to, please give me your new computer code and I will generate your new unlock code for you.

Hi Samantha:

Thank you for your respond. I am sorry about the confussion. I did not installed websitex5 version 9 it was already installed on my computer. 

And purchase version 10, which was installed as a new version on the system for some reason. This caused a lot of issues to the point that I lost all my created websites and spend 3 days re-creating everything again, because the system didnt want to open them neither version 10 or version 9.

I have updated my previous versions before and never had a problem. Normaly my current project would open with the new version after update.

I did figured out finally how to obtain the unluck code, which did scare me because all I have after the purchased was an activation key and the system didnt want to activate automatically. 

I hopefully, would not have to deal with this issue again if I do upgrade next year to the Professional version. :O)
