Website x5 image slider issues on internet explorer.

There seems to be a problem with the photo show option of website x5. After creating a photo slide on website x5, I have notice the slide show only is visible on Safari and FireFox only. However when opening the pages on internet explorer the slide show is not present, only show an empty space. Any reasons why this is happening? And how can be corrected? Thank you Jacinto

Hello Jacinto,
Please check if on IE the javascript is deactivated and then test again. Try also to reset the settings of IE so it will be visible.
I tested it on various Versions of IE and the slide was visible.
