the attached file, which describes my problem. is not working cropping thumbnails in the gallery. I would like a rectangle and not a square.

Hello Miroslav,
To enable this functionality you need first to select a part of the image and then you will be able to set the values in the fields shown.
With the mouse you need to pass on the image to have the cross and then pres the left mouse button and drog it over the image to select an area. After the fields will be active.
