downloading your website from internet is not possible. You need an project file, wich project file and if it could still be on your computer depends on the version you have.

If there is no project file you need to start a new project.

You can offcource use data from your website but importing is not possible.

How can I link 2 projects into one

You will have to copy - paste your objects from one project to the other in order to create a single project out of two.
