The Projects made in WebSite X5 are alreadt optimized for mobile devices and if you want to make a custom project only for mobile devices you can use as structure one of the mobile templates or start one fropm scratch where you add as maximum widhth 640 px and you use a bigger font and you don't add to much columns.
To use the mobile application you need to use the FeedReady menu in step 4 and activate it and choose which feed you want to display in it, once a visitor has installed FeedReady on the mobile device and has choosen to follow your feed.

I'm not agree that WebSite X5 are optimized for mobile devices. Some parts are but not menu!
