Did you add a different URL for the facebook comment widget in every page or did you use the same URL?

As example on

http://www.beitsheannews.com/page-39.html did you add as url http://www.beitsheannews.com/page-39.html or only http://www.beitsheannews.com ?

You need to add the URL of the page as example on http://www.beitsheannews.com/page-39.html you add in the Facebook comment plugin http://www.beitsheannews.com/page-39.html as URL so the comments will be only for this page and not all the same on every page.

For the other pages you add the URL of the page and in this way the comments will be different on every page.
