Hello Ryan,
Did you check if the connection parameters are correct like passive or active ftp or protocol, as example ftp or sftp?
If you use a different hosting or another project on the same hosting does the same happens?
Many thanks!

I'm doing the same way I always have and it has always worked until now. I tried disabling the firewall but that did not work either
If you have version 7 or version 8 and IE 11 is installed on your computer, there is a bug in IE11 that causes upload issues. (even if you do not use IE11)
If this is the case, can you downgrade your IE to 10? That's not aleays possible but might help. A corrupt NET Framework install can also cause issues.
FTP adres: ftp.indrebuild.com

i have tried both : indrebuild.com and ftp.indrebuild.com and neither seem to work. I also uninstalled iE11 update and went back to iE10 and uninstalled the most recent framework updates (4.5) and all that didn't work either. Am now just exporting the files locally and using FileZilla to upload my work to the host.
Sometimes it take a few second when you upload with website X5. You tried to wait till website X5 respons?
did you install framework v.4 after you uninstalled v.4.5?

Ryan,
Try to empty the destination folder after you selected upload to internet (next page)
And see if you can select the map manualy on your host.

Hello Poul,
Please try to check the articles linked in the post above to see if these helps you.
In case these should not help please contact hostgator to ask if they changed anything to the ftp server.
Many thanks!
Problem solved :) Might be helpful for other user of Hostgator.
I tried one connection as recommended and it worked. although it take longer time to upload but it's better than nothing.
Have a nice day :)
Poul
Below is the answer from Hostgator.
Hello:
Thank you for contacting Hostgator Support. I will be glad to assist you today.
The reason why you are seeing issues with FTP is due to the way that your FTP client makes connections. Whenever it connects it establishes 3+ simultaneous connections, and when this is done in short intervals your IP gets blocked in our firewall. We have recently had a series of EXIM and FTP attacks on our server farm, so we've implemented more strict firewall rules for these services. I have gone ahead and removed your IP from the blacklist for now, but I recommend that you check the settings of your FTP client to ensure that only 1 connection is made, or perhaps try a different FTP client.
