Cannot create a template

The video tutorial, shows that there are buttons on the right side of the screen, so someone can create a custom template .
I can only select an exiting template, and cannot create a new one because there are no buttons on the right, as it shows on the photo .
How can I solve this please?

Pick a template then duplicate it, then edit the template, you have to create a copy first then edit the copy, you can't edit a x5 template that comes with the software.

How do I duplicate ??? I thought I would do it via right click, but as It seems, this is not the way....

This option in not present in WebSite X5 Home 10 but only on the Evolution or Professional Version.
