Our webpage won't export onto the web?

I need help. We had the older version of X5 and recently converted our webpage file to the newest version. I was able to update our webpage file and export it to the internet once. I recently updated our webpage file again and now it won't export. I get a message saying "Connection error: It is not possible to complete the operation: [FTP_GetCurrentDirectory]" I am using Windows 8.1 right now. I am not sure what is wrong? I do have pictures on my webpage and when I click on the pages within X5 they don't show up... I get a little grey box reading "error". But, when I preview the webpages everything looks great. I am so confused!? Help!

Are you using evo 9?
Try first to load preview with ctrl key pressed. then upload again.
Try changing passive setting. Also try to connect by deleting the destination folder. Then select your upload folder manualy, if this works there might be a slash or someting that is in the destination folder field that gives trouble.

down grade your IE to IE10, make sure you have .netframework v4 insttaled in your computer.
