Why will my quicktime (mp4) video file will not play online

projects - green flag - video will not play online but will play in export folder
gallery - video will not play here either.
I use x5 evolution 8
Any help will be very much appreciated.

Hello Noel,
You added as video file a .MOV file and this type of file needs to have the quicktime plugin installed to play the video.
Proceed to install the quicktime player on your computer and the plugin for the browser and then it will be played.
