Allineamento testo widget html

Salve, vorrei sapere se, e come eventualmente, è possibile allineare a destra il testo del widget html che visualizza in testata il totale in € del carrello...
Il testo automatico che viene inserito è questo:

<span style="color: #E0E0E0; font-family: Trebuchet MS; font-size: 8pt; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal;" class="widget_quantity_total"></span>

Non credo sia possibile modificarlo perchè ho fatto diversi tentativi ma non fungono...

prova ad aggiungere dopo font-style:normal; questo: text-align:right !important; (prima delle virgolette di chiusura)...
in modo che diventi

Devi metterlo in un elemento div o p, esempio:
