Hello Joe!
Have a look in the WebSite X5 template gallery you can find in the program. We have a web portal section where you could find something interesting but I do suggest that you have a scroll through all the gallery to find what you are looking for.
If you don't, you can find project templates in this section http://answers.websitex5.com/templates where there are several design themes like:

As you can see all these Project templates can be used for a design studio.
Please feel free to write back if you have anymore questions about this.
Thanks,

Many thanks. I am actually looking for a tempate that has a webpart or component that lets you upload documents (word, excel, powerpoint etc) that users within the organisation can download. Also a component for downloading forms, intranet style. Thanks again!
Hello Joe!
These options have not been added into these projects but you can add them yourself. Once you have the project you can customise it according to needs and add whatever you prefer into it.
I hope this helps,

Can you advance any ideas on how to do this?
Hi Joe,
I can not help you in this post unfortunately because the topic was related to the templates. Please close this post by marking the answer you prefer as ''correct'' then open a new one with your questions regarding:
'...webpart or component that lets you upload documents (word, excel, powerpoint etc) that users within the organisation can download. Also a component for downloading forms, intranet style. ''
Our staff will help you asap.
Thank you,
Samantha
