When exporting my page out of websitex5, I get an error that my Username or Password is wrong. I have changed my websitex5 password but to no effect.
How do I get a new websitex5 Username?
I have websitex5 compact9

Can it be that the passwod is for accesing your website hosting partner ?
If so try and contact them and ask for a new login and pasword.
