i am creating my first web site, problem is main menu is hidden it is visible when mouse is over , i want it always visible

Probably the menu has the same colour as your menu background.
Set the colour of your menu in step 4 advanced settings, main menu. see tab 'menu items' in that part of x5.
I don't see your version here in x5 so it's diffucult to answer above is most likely.
Set in your profile (top right button) here in answers the mail you ordered x5 with.
This way we can see that you are a registered user and we can see your versin of x5, this makes helping you more easy for other users.
