I am having preview problem!! Please Help!  en

Hi, I just purchased x5 evolution 11. When ever I start the program WebSite X5 start-up screen does not load web pages  it's always blank. And I am never able to preview my templates. Only blank page appears. I tried to change my dpi setting to100% but still I am having the same problem. I need it soleved ASAP

Maybe uninstall and intall it again.?

Hi Onur O,

Try Checking the Local preview Webserver Settings in the Preference tab on the X11 Start Page. it should be, Port 8080, ip Address 127.0.0.1 You can also tick the keep preview updated while working on the project.

Guys I tried all of it. And no reply from support service.. Don't know I feel like I have got robbed.. I am so angry now I need to go buy a different website making progrram...!!

I've asked Incomedia to contact you directly regarding this.

I realise you must be very frustrated not being able to use your new software.

It is possible that we mistakenly thought your issue had been resolved having not heard back from you after the two users made suggestions.  In any case it is most unusual...  I can assure you problems are not simply ignored.

Please excuse the delay, and keep watching this thread for a response from Incomedia staff very soon.

There is also a new update now available for your software, which may be of benefit.  You can download it and install over the existing version.  Please right-click on the setup file and choose 'Run as administrator'.

Hello Onur,

If you click on next on the top does nothing appears too or it's only the first screen which has no content?

Did you check if the antivirus/firewall is blocking the program from connecting to internet?
