Any company that relies on its cistomers to provide support to other custmers is not worth doing business with. No where on the WebsiteX5 website is there an email to contact customer support. I had to contact the billing company to get the email address *** to contact them. Even then there is no reply. The activation system is appaling. It activated my upgraded software and allowed me use it for two days then required me to activate again and told me the licence does not exist. This company gets a 10 minus for customer service.

we offer technical support to our users from Monday to Friday during office hours, on weekends we are closed. We have very good moderators that help our users in case you open posts on weekends or when the office is closed.
If you need technical help, this is the correct place to ask for it, thank you for opening a post. We do not offer support by email.
If your software asks you to activate again after you have installed it, please make sure you are using it as administrator. In order to check, please right-click on the program icon then select ''run as administrator''. Now start your program.
