An e-mail form does not work

I used WebSite X5 Ev. 10, now I use WebSite X5 Ev. 11, transfer from version 10 to 11 was OK. But I have one problem. I have an e-mail form on my www pages at it does not work now. With the version 10 it was OK. When enybody fills my form a sends it, this report appears:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in D:\www\pes\vruzovemsaducz\www\res\x5engine.php on line 2358

Hello Květa & Ianiz,
That error message usually indicates that your webhost has an older version of PHP on the server. WebSite X5 requires PHP 5 to run correctly:

Contact your webhost with this information and they may be able to upgrade the PHP version for you.

This is a resault of the servers not realy up to date and with little bit unusual setings.
normaly your roots should show:
/home/(your cpanel name or domain)/public_html/res/x5engine.php
or
/home/(your cpanel name or domain)/public_html/www/res/x5engine.php
I suggest to contact your host to update your php to 5.x or switch to another server.
